Ticket prices are in tiers based on quantity, each starting at one price and increasing with each following tier. The first tier might be a presale while the final tier might be the price at the box office on the day of the show, all with the same access and benefits at the festival
Once the tickets within one tier are sold out, the next tier at an increased price becomes available. Since the volume of sales varies for each ticket, it can move from one tier to another at any time. We try our best to notify fans when a tier is about to run out and move to the next tier, but sometimes they move so fast that an update isn’t possible. Sometimes ticket tiers are no longer visible when sold out. When Front Gate Tickets says that a ticket is “Unavailable”, it just means that all of the available inventory of that ticket and tier are currently in customers’ carts awaiting checkout. If everyone doesn’t finish their checkout process, then those tickets might become available again. When Front Gate Tickets says that a ticket and tier is Sold Out, then no more tickets will become available for that ticket tier.
Ticket tiers are our best way of rewarding loyal fans who buy early by giving them access to the lowest price tickets while people who want to wait to purchase might have to pay more.
